Activity on Sales Force communication on 08-06-2013


The activity involved 23 students from Marketing specialization. The students were asked to communicate with their core team members about the communication flow in the marketing department of organization.

The students were divided into 6 teams and they were given an option to choose any company form Automobile Industry vertical. They were asked to prepare organization structure of Marketing & Sales department and analyze the information flow from top to bottom and time taken to complete the process.

The outcome of the process was understanding of organization structure , communication flow and information sharing in the organization.

The activity was organized by Prof. Sunil M Kulkarni
