Mr.Raghunandan, a seasoned HR professional, addressed MBA III semester students on "From Campus to Corporate".
He started the session with the importance of academic score, knowledge, skill, ability, and passion during academics. The importance of being active and assertive in the class room, the importance of case studies, group discussions and interactions with Industry were considered as best practices for any management graduate. He moved on to saying about the various aspects that recruiter looks in the candidate and industry expectations.
He advised students to be active on professional networking sites and make extensive use of technology to upgrade knowledge and get prepared to face interviews in a smooth manner.
